Prakash Sankaran

Prakash Sankaran is the MD & CEO for Invoicemart. Prior to joining Invoicemart, he was the CEO for Axis Bank, Singapore where he has handled International Trade, Treasury and Corporate Banking for growth out of ASEAN and Oceania markets. He has over 24+ years of extensive experience in the financial services industry and has exposure to Fintech, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury and International Banking.

Munish Sharda

Munish brings with him rich leadership experience with a successful track record of deep financial and operational turnarounds leveraging digital and tech stack and enhancing people capabilities to transform the business across the banking and insurance industry. He started his financial services career with Citibank NA where he worked across geographies and businesses across diverse customer spectrum (mortgages, unsecured lending, community banking, and developer finance) with Citi. He joined Axis Bank from Future Generali Life Insurance, where, for close to 8 years as MD & CEO, he led the transformation to take the business to scale with improved profitability and quality of business, and built strong partnerships with banks and retail ecosystems. He has also worked in the consumer goods industry and was part of the team at L&T which set up their agricultural tractor manufacturing business. Munish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Munish is a polyglot, with high proficiency in Italian & Punjabi and is passionate about reading and golf. Munish is married to Rima Sharda who works as Head of Schools with a school chain and has a daughter who is pursuing undergrad at Stern School of Business at New York University.

Manish Bhatia

Manish joined Lendingkart Technologies in 2020 as the President of Technology, Analytics and Capabilities. He is responsible for building a scalable technology stack for the company and bettering operational agility, risk management, data, and analytics while driving strategic efficiency and improving overall customer acquisition and experience as well as business growth.
Prior to joining Lendingkart, Manish was the Chief Technology Officer of Amazon Pay India and a founding team member responsible for building fin-tech products for on-Amazon, off-Amazon and doorstep payments experience, financing programs, issuance of gift cards, stored value accounts, co-branded credit cards, third party merchant acceptance and high frequency digital categories. Prior to joining Amazon Pay, he headed the World Wide e-Commerce Platforms group in India and spearheaded multiple Amazon internal innovations which resulted in top-line and bottom-line growth in the field of Front-End optimizations, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Ordering, Storage, Seller Central, Gift Wrap, Aggregation Services and Operational Excellence. While at Amazon he co-founded 2 new businesses like Amazon Home Services and Amazon Custom. Before Amazon, Manish has worked for 2 Start-ups and for companies like FedEx Office and JP Morgan Chase.
Manish has a Masters in Computer Science.

Vinaya Varma

Vinaya Varma is the CEO of mjunction services limited, and a core member of the Invoicemart founding team since its inception.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr Varma was with Tata Steel, where he handled several functions such as production, planning, etc. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), USA. He is a practitioner of Theory of Constraints (ToC), and has attended several sessions of ToC at Goldratt House, Tel Aviv.

Mr Varma was elected to the Confederation of Indian Industry’s West Bengal State Council and to NASSCOM's Internet, Mobile & e-Commerce Council. He was conferred the Special Recognition Award in the services category by the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2016.

Mr Varma is a B Tech from IIT Kanpur, where he also did his advanced management programme.

Anil Kumar Sharma

 Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of extensive experience, having served in various capacities at the Reserve Bank of India. He specializes in Regulation, Supervision, Enforcement, Financial Inclusion, Rural Credit, Customer Protection & Grievance Redressal, and Risk and Assurance Functions.

Over the years, he has significantly contributed to various departments at RBI, including the Department of Supervision ( and Regulation), Priority Sector Lending, Financial Inclusion & Financial Literacy, and as a Member of Faculty at the College of Agricultural Banking, Pune. He also managed the New Note Press Project, worked in Customer Education and Protection, set up and led the Enforcement Department, and contributed to Currency Management.

Mr. Sharma has also published papers and attended numerous conferences and seminars. He has been involved in developing the Financial Inclusion Index for India and has presented his research at various national and international forums. In addition, he has headed several working groups and committees, including those on revamping TReDS, reimagining SLBCs, reviewing BC regulations, and reorganizing the training function

Sameer Shetty

 Sameer Shetty serves as the Group Executive for Digital Business & Transformation and Strategic Programs at Axis Bank. In this capacity, he oversees the Bank's digital business, strategy, investments, mergers and acquisitions, the customer experience program Sparsh, strategic projects, process excellence, artificial intelligence, and subsidiary governance.
Prior to joining Axis Bank in 2019, Sameer was a Partner at McKinsey & Co., specializing in the financial services sector. His experience includes collaboration with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Sameer is a director on the Boards of Freecharge Payment Technologies Private Limited, Freecharge Business and Technology Services Limited, and the Indian Banks’ Digital Infrastructure Company (IBDIC). Additionally, he is a member of the NPCI Innovation Council and the Governing Committee of Sahamati.
Sameer holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT-Bombay and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore, where he was recognized on the Directors Merit List.

Chaitali Deb

Ms. Deb is a seasoned finance professional with over 28 years of experience in financial strategy, treasury management, indirect taxation, and digital transformation of the finance domain. Her qualifications are M.Com and Cost Accountant (ICWAI).
She has extensive exposure in managing Internal Financial Controls, risks, compliances, and investments during her career at SAIL. Her key expertise includes,

· Indirect Taxation & Compliances
· Digital Finance Transformation (SAP, automation initiatives) 

Prashanth T.S

Prashanth T.S heads the Mid Corporate and MEG (Medium Enterprises Group) business at Axis Bank, bringing with him 25 years of rich experience across both Wholesale and Retail banking. Since joining Axis Bank in 2020, Prashanth has played a pivotal role in growing the bank’s Mid Corporate and Medium Enterprises portfolio over the last five years. He has also been involved in significant important transformation projects, driving execution in the Wholesale Banking Coverage Group.
Before joining Axis Bank, Prashanth spent two decades at HDFC Bank, wherein he held various senior leadership positions across both wholesale and retail banking. He holds PGDM from IFIM Bangalore.
